Qatar Airways says you may carry e-cigarettes, including e-cigars, e-pipes and other personal vaporizers containing batteries, in your hand baggage, and that recharging the equipment or its battery on board the aircraft is not permitted. Some countries restrict electronic cigarettes, so check the rules of the origin and destination countries. Power banks are limited to two per passenger, each 100 Wh or less.
