Lufthansa's Electronic devices and batteries page allows the devices it describes with e-cigarettes only in carry-on baggage in the cabin, in quantities for personal use, with a power limit of 100 Wh or 2 g of lithium per device. They are not permitted in or as checked baggage, use or charging on board is prohibited, and they must not be stowed in the overhead locker. Lufthansa also notes that some countries prohibit transporting e-cigarettes or other inhalers.
