Yes - use on board is limited. Max 2 power banks, 100 Wh or less each. Do not charge the bank from the aircraft power ports. Avoid using it during taxi, take-off and landing, and keep it visible if you use it in flight. Keep it in the seat pocket or under the seat in front. Not in the overhead compartments.
